Reiki is the transference of universal life force energy channelled by the practitioner. Reiki has a positive effect on the physical, emotional and spiritual body. It promotes a sense of wellbeing and balance and replenishes your energy leaving you feeling relaxed, calm and refreshed. Your appointment is for one hour inclusive of healing and review of session.
